I just changed from another alarm company to EMC security. The technician came out and did a thorough check of all of my window and door sensors and smoke detectors. I also had him another smoke detector. Although my system is more than fifteen years old, he said it was still in great condition and they have parts if I ever need them. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. The sales folks and other technical staff I talked with over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased that I made this change.

Tech was very thorough and sometime during his testing the trouble cleared and couldn't be replicated. He tested the complete system and no other problems were found. He was very personable and we were quite happy with the results of his visit. This wasn't the first time we have had a tech support visit from EMC Security and couldn't be more pleased with the people and services provided. Highly recommended!
Really happy I switched to EMC Security. Was with a local company that sold to a big name company with three letters and my monthly rate skyrocketed. My father-in-law was with EMC Security so I decided to give them a call. I love that EMC Security has a much lower rate and no contracts. Jayla was my initial point-of-contact and she was wonderful to work with and Robert was the technician who was was on time, worked efficiently, and was out the door expeditiously with everything working but making sure my wife and I understood everything. When I called to cancel my service with the big name company, I got a lot of runaround and was told I would owe a lot for a contact that after I pressed wasn't a real thing. So happy I'm with EMC Security now.
Billy is an excellent technician. Very prompt, efficient and quick with his work. He tested everything, changed batteries, and made sure all things were in working order before he left. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all my concerns. The best thing is that he was also very polite and friendly! I’m so glad that I switched to EMC… much more reasonable for the service, professionalism, security, and peace of mind.

I believed the total price was extremely reasonable and the monthly fee is certainly economical for the service provided.
